How to reach us
Our reader email address is being set up and will be posted on this page before HomeSafe HQ opens to search. Until then, we don't have a public inbox, and we would rather say so than list an address nobody reads.
What we most want to hear
- Corrections: a spec, rating or price that doesn't match the manufacturer or the certifier's directory.
- Recalls and warnings: a CPSC action on a model we recommend or mention.
- Lapsed or disputed certifications: a UL, ETL or California DOJ claim that no longer holds.
When you write, please include the page address and the source you're working from. We check every correction against the original source before we change a page.
What we can't help with
- Orders, returns and warranty claims. We don't sell safes. Contact the seller (for example, Amazon) or the manufacturer.
- Locked out of your safe. Contact the manufacturer's support line with your serial number and proof of ownership, or a licensed locksmith.
- Legal advice. We review storage products, not firearms, and can't advise on your situation. Check your state's storage laws.
